From the first site visit to the fifth year of service

We visit the site, measure what matters and design against it: coverage and speaker layout, amplifier sizing with cable losses accounted for, zone architecture, network and power requirements, and integration with fire alarm and building systems. You receive a specification, an equipment schedule and drawings that a contractor can build from.

Operator training for the people who will use the system daily, and administrator training for the technical staff who will manage zones, schedules and user accounts. Delivered on site, on your equipment.

Maintenance and support: planned preventive maintenance, reactive call-out, fault diagnosis, firmware updates and system health checks. Support contracts are available on annual terms.
